Refund policy
To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your product(s) to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with the original product packaging attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@thepuptale.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package (Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted).
Please note that we do not charge any handling fees for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the products are faulty upon arrival, or we have shipped the wrong items. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@thepuptale.com within 48 hours, with photo evidence, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the product(s) are faulty upon arrival or if we shipped the wrong item(s), PupTale will cover the return shipping costs.
- Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties or taxes if charged at customs (Please mark the return package as 'Returned Goods' to avoid any customs duties or taxes.).
Note: PupTale does not charge any other types of handling fees for returns or exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
- Product Condition: The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn or unused, and free from strong odors (including but not limited to perfume, smoke, or pet odors). For example, for clothing, this means the item is unworn and unwashed.
- Packaging: The item(s) must be returned in their original product packaging, and the packaging must be undamaged and attached to the product(s) as it was originally received. Please ensure that products are packaged in the same manner as originally received.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@thepuptale.com, and we will investigate the matter.
